For Jews Only, Part 25: The second thousand year Reich (Kingdom) – the Roman Catholic Church (Part A)

The First Thousand Year Reich (kingdom) of Rome lasted from 45 A.D. to 1045 A.D.  It begins with Rome murdering Jesus.  It encompasses the destruction of Israel in 70 A.D., and ended with the Roman Crusader Wars on a quest to destroy Jesus’ Church! 

The first thousand years saw the birth and death of the Roman Empire and Jesus, both of which have passed into history, leaving Rome in full control of an imposter church.  Church and State, opposite ends of the same serpent, of which Isaiah spoke.  One end equipped with a mouth full of poison (the lies) to devour its enemies, and the other end equipped with a warning device to detect and warn the head about its enemies all over the empire. 

The church would deceive people seeking God and enable Rome to detect anyone opposing her.  The Roman State could remove anyone who was a threat to them in the furthest distant corners of its personal realm the Roman Empire.

The Second Thousand Year Reich (kingdom) of Rome, from 1045 A.D. to 2045 A.D., began with the Roman Crusader Wars and ends with World War III.  It encompasses false christs like Napoleon Bonaparte, and a man named AdoIf Hitler, who claimed he was beginning a Third Reich that would last for a thousand years: The Third Thousand Year Reich (kingdom) of Rome. Curiously, the Gentile Christian Churches are teaching: when Jesus comes, he will establish a thousand year kingdom called the Millennium (which is Latin for a thousand years).

The second thousand years saw the Roman Crusaders crushing Jesus’ Church, their enemies, the original Jewish Christians.  Rome crushed the Jews under their feet, stamping them out of existence until the 14th century A.D. when Rome handed the reigns of the Empire to Portugal; who continued Rome’s work of routing out the true followers of Jesus during the Inquisition.

The Empire was now firmly in their iron grip.  Rome had semi-retired from combat.  Rome decided to play out the rest of the thousand years like a shell game; keeping the world guessing, which shell the pea was under instead of Rome trying to maintain the empire itself.  Rome put down the sword and picked up the Bible, which it had captured from the original men entrusted with the Word of God. 

By keeping the cost down generated by their legions of armies, Rome could fill her coffers with gold.  The politicians of Rome, known as Senators, traded their military uniforms for religious garments.  Re-labeled, the Senators became known as Cardinals, while the Emperor was renamed the Pope.  Politics as usual, the rule makers continued ruling by using bribes, intrigue, and assassination.  Rome was now in the business of controlling everyone else’s politics. 

The Roman bishops busied themselves with the conspiracies on a world chessboard that was only visible to people traveling in outer space called angels!  The Roman politicians did not retire from politics; they merely retired from directly waging war on their enemies.  Although they did not wage war directly, the Cardinals and Pope just maneuvered various world leaders into starting wars.

The Roman hierarchy replaced their costly military with the many armies of the rulers of the nations.  Beginning a Roman Confederacy of nations, each with its own army, to be allied against any common enemy of Rome.  Now the nations would maintain their own armies, thus reducing Rome’s direct cost of maintaining an army, while increasing its profits.

For Jews Only, Part 24: The Roman Crusader Wars (Part B)

Rome proceeded to re-establish its third century empire under the disguise of Jesus’ Church.  The Eastern and Western halves of the ancient Roman Empire, which had began to collapse by the third century, were purposely established to reduce the cost of maintaining the empire in a vain attempt to keep Rome from collapsing.  The idea failed, but after centuries of ruin, the nations were once again in the hands of Rome.

The Eastern half of the Roman Church Empire was purposely kept separate from the Western half, making it easier for Rome to govern them.  The Eastern half of the new Church Empire of Rome became known as the Eastern Byzantine Orthodox Church.  In later centuries, it became known as the Greek Orthodox Church and the Russian Orthodox Church: Two parts of the same Eastern half of the new Roman Church Empire, which remain with us until today.

The western half of the new Roman Church Empire became known as the Roman Catholic Church.  These two parts of the same Roman Church Empire, remain with us until today.  These churches are the Eastern and Western descendants of the Ancient Roman Empire.  These churches are the fulfillment of the prophecy in Revelation 17:18

The beast that thou saw was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit (hell), and go into perdition (everlasting damnation): and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

The Scripture above tells us about the Beast, which is “The Antichrist”.  It describes the Beast as having existed = ‘was’; as not existing = ‘disappeared’; and actually exists = ‘yet is’.  This describes the Ancient Roman Empire that existed, disappeared when it was conquered by the Moors, and yet exists as the Roman Catholic Church.

By the 16th century, the Protestant Churches grew out of people protesting against the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.  The Protestant Churches grew and held onto their beliefs for about a century, before Rome effectively infiltrated them with the intention of eventually perverting the Protestants. Remember, the Romans are extremely wealthy and don’t mind taking centuries to accomplish their work for satan, which is to undo the work of Christ.  Hence, their leaders have always been labeled ‘Antichrists’.

Slowly, Rome originated many of its own forms of Protestant Churches to confuse people, while they worked from the inside of the other Protestant Churches to bring damnable heresies into them to pervert them.  Today, the Roman Catholic Church has succeeded in causing every Protestant Church in existence to accept and teach at least some of their lies, which are perverted doctrines about God and His Christ Jesus.

It only takes one lie about God or Jesus to nullify the power of God, which is the objective of the Synagogue of Satan.  The label Jesus hung on the Roman Catholic Church.  The result is, original Judaism was perverted by Rome prior to the time of Jesus, which was purified and reformed by Jesus to become Christianity during the first thousand years after Christ, which was once again perverted by the Romans during the second thousand years beginning with the Roman Crusader Wars and the Roman Catholic Church Inquisitions that followed; which was once again purified by the original Protestants who protested against the lies taught by the Roman Catholic Church, which Protestants began their own churches, which Protestants were once again perverted by the Roman Catholic Church since the 16th century, and has remained squarely in control of all the Protestant Churches, Eastern Orthodox Churches, Western Roman Catholic Churches until now: all teaching the lies originated by the Roman Catholic Church.

Ancient Rome had risen from the dead, just like the man Jesus.  They would now use Jesus and the Bible to deceive the world; claiming that the Roman Church was the original church Jesus had established.  The Roman diabolical plot only had two grave differences that would emerge:

1. Jews would now have to convert to become Gentile Christians to become a part of this fraudulent church system, instead of Gentiles having to convert to become Jews as a part of Jesus’ true church;
2. The people would be deceived into believing two major lies. The Romans taught the lie that Jesus is God the Father by using their deceptive Trinity, instead of the truth about Jesus (the gospel), who was a man, who was the Son of God; effectively turning Jesus into an idol and idol worship.

The first and second commandments of God are about the making of any image of God and bowing yourself down to it.  Once the Romans convinced the world that Jesus is God the Father, then making an image of Jesus essentially forces people to break the first two commandments of God.  These lies would be the secret weapons of Rome, used to deceive the entire world, giving Rome the capability of tapping into the untold wealth that would be given as donations to the Roman Catholic Church by the people seeking to worship God; which wealth would stagger the minds of the forefathers and the emperors of Rome.

Julius Caesar had to be content with meager taxes, which were small by comparison to today.  Now Rome could rule the world, East and West, through the new Roman Church Empire that emerged in the tenth century, which controlled, controls, and will continue to control the buying and selling in the entire world.

The rulers of countries are established by Rome.  They are set-up or removed at Rome’s will.  Who is like unto the beast?  Who is able to make war with him?

For Jews Only, Part 23: The Roman Crusader Wars (Part A)

In the tenth century A.D., the Romans were on the march again.  The Roman Bitches that bore the Beast were bloodthirsty again!  Only this time they presented themselves as the Church of Jesus Christ.  Their uniforms were a white chest cloth with a large red cross over their iron armour.  They were out to recapture their lost empire.

Banners flying high, with eagles topping their staffs, their armies thirsted for blood.  Their pockets full of Jewish gold, their war machines perched for action, the Romans began the Crusader Wars.

For nearly four hundred years, the Beast swept over Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, leaving a trail of blood as high as their horse’s bridles.  Slaughtering the Jews, and their Gentile converts, who had dared to defy the Ancient Roman Empire for centuries.  They murdered the true followers of Jesus; capturing all the cathedrals, churches, synagogues, and Islamic Temples; utterly doing away with any trace of original Christianity.

All this was done in the name of Jesus who said, “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yes, the time comes, that whosoever kills you will think that he does God service.  And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.” (John 16:2 & 3).

The Roman Crusaders fulfilled Jesus’ prophecy and followed the Roman Pope against an unarmed, peace-loving people.  The Pope led his armies dressed in white, riding upon a white horse (which is what Napoleon copied when he played the role of the Christ for Rome and attempted to re-unify Europe under one flag for the Pope).

The Roman Crusaders marched with their insignia of a red cross on their breasts, which is Rome’s symbol of terrorism.  (Remember, the cross was the murder weapon used to kill Jesus.  If they used a machine gun, then I suppose we should all honor a machine gun by wearing a symbolic one around our necks, like we do with the cross.)

The cross with a dead man on it is the symbol of Rome.  It was Rome who invented crucifixion.  They invented the cross upon which anyone defying Rome would be hung, suffer, and die.  A stark reminder of how Rome deals with people who break their laws, even people who disagree with them.

The cross is a reminder to all who get in the way of Rome.  The cross was a Roman tactic to maintain order, because disorder costs too much money.  A person hanging publicly on a cross for three days would terrorize most people, making them easier to control.

The Roman Crusaders were the resurrected Legions of Ancient Rome.  Rome rose from the dead.  Rome was brought back from the dead by Jewish funding and blood.  They marched triumphantly across their old empire, destroying the original Jewish Christianity; replacing it with the Roman Catholic Church.  They assassinated the Apostles of Christ and replaced them with Roman Bishops.  Now the Emperor of Rome, also known as Papus, which is Latin for the Pope, was the head of the church! The Emperor of the New Roman Church Empire!

Nearly four hundred years of war against the original church of Jesus, left few original followers of Jesus alive in the wake of the Roman Crusaders.  Rome had successfully stamped Jesus’ Church under their feet by the genocide of the Jewish religion purified by Jesus and called Christianity.  Ancient Judaism, which was handed down from father to son, since the days of Abraham.  True Judaism known as true Christianity was gone forever.  In its place stood a counterfeit Christianity that has survived until today.

The Roman Catholic Church is a false Christianity that would spread its lies and perversions throughout all Christian Churches for a thousand years, because the first thousand years from the crucifixion of Jesus to the Roman Crusader Wars were over: when satan had to be released (loosed) from his prison to deceive the nations for a thousand years, to gather Gog and Magog together for battle, whose number is like the sand of the sea.  And they encompassed the breath of the earth, the holy city Jerusalem and the camp of the saints and killed them! This was the second thousand years, which ended a short time after World War II in 1945.

For Jews Only, Part 22: The tenth century A.D. – Beginning the second thousand year Reich (Kingdom)

During the tenth century A.D., the last step of the Roman plan was launched.  Rome had completely resurrected its armies and the Roman Crusaders marched out all over Europe conquering and to conquer.  The Jews who were following the teachings of Jesus compromised with the Romans and had 600 years of peace.  The Jewish/Christians crawled out of their Catacombs and surfaced.  The underground days were over.

Jews everywhere throughout the Roman Empire surfaced; allowing their neighbors to know their true identities and beliefs.  Jesus’ original Christianity flourished everywhere for six centuries.  Huge cathedrals were erected with the blessings of the Roman government.  Taxes began flowing into the Roman treasury again.  The chief contributors were the giving hearts of the Jewish followers of Jesus.  No one suspected a double-cross.

So many centuries had passed without incident.  The martyrdom of Christianity was over, at least that was what the peace-loving Jews believed.  They compromised with Rome and would be double-crossed.  They trusted the bloodthirsty red serpent, which destroyed their Temple; their beloved city Jerusalem; and their homeland Israel.

They disregarded the predictions of Jesus Himself, recorded in the Bible.  Predictions they cherished and died to preserve.  The prophecies that warned them about the red serpent, Rome.  The Bible warned the Jewish/Christians that Rome would never cease killing the chosen people of God.  Rome belonged to satan, and satan’s son, the Antichrist, who would never relinquish power to the followers of God and Jesus.

The Jewish/Christians wanted to believe their enemy had repented, even though Jesus commanded them to separate themselves from their unbelieving enemies.  They hungered for peace, so the Jewish/Christians misjudged their enemy, who needed their money to rebuild an army to use against them.

The government would tax the people, build an army with the money, and use the army to control the people who gave them the money.  King Solomon said: There is nothing new under the Sun. The Jews didn’t realize their error until the trap was sprung and it was too late.  They didn’t realize time is a commodity that satan has plenty of.  He can wait six centuries, or a hundred lifetimes, to grab what he wants.  The Romans were ready!

For Jews Only, Part 21: The Jews compromise

The Romans would now have six hundred years to discover the secrets of their old arch enemy the Jews.  If the Romans could learn about the inner workings of the Jewish Church of Jesus, they could utterly do away with the original church, and replace it with a Gentile Roman Church.  Their plan was to parallel true Christianity, but two major changes would have to be established by Rome.

Two secrets about Christianity would have to be discovered, which caused the Roman Empire to collapse.  Once these secrets were discovered, then lies would replace the truth that gave Jewish people the power of God.  The Romans had to invent a lie about Jesus: which is why the truth about Jesus is such a prevalent topic in the New Testament, which is the gospel.  The Greek word gospel simply means truth.

It took the Romans 600 years to prepare for their final campaign against Jesus’ original church, which campaign would remove the power from the Jewish/Christian Church, and give it back to the Romans.

By the tenth century A.D., the Romans were ready.  They had successfully infiltrated and discovered original Christianity’s secrets and had a way to continue a false Christianity.  Roman Christianity would appear the same on the surface: but the world would have no way of knowing the Gentile Roman Catholic Church was really a counterfeit.  (See Revelation Chapter 2, verse 9; and Chapter 3, verse 9, which is Jesus talking about the Christian Church.)

The world would be deceived for a thousand years.  Christians everywhere would not realize the church of Rome was not the same church that Jesus originated in the New Testament.  They would use the same Bible, the same names, and the same outward appearances.  Rome could not defeat this unseen enemy.  An enemy that never bear arms against them.  The Jewish/Christians were an enemy who had a spiritual power working for them.  If Rome could discover the source of that power, they could deliver the final death blow to the followers of Jesus.

The first step was to make the Jewish/Christian movement believe it was safe to come out of the Catacombs and into the open.  Rome sent clear deceitful messages to the underground movement.  The Roman Emperor issued decrees!  All persecution of the Jews was to cease.  Rome wanted to embrace Christianity and make it the state religion, displacing the Babylonian Sun god religion, which existed long before Julius Caesar established the Egyptian form of that religion as the state religion of Rome.  The Jews agreed and compromised!

The second step was to add the citizens of Rome to the Christian roles attending the churches.  Thereby, adding the Christians to the taxation roles to rebuild Rome’s mighty arm, the Legions of Rome!  Instead of taxing Roman citizens, Rome would now tax the church leaders who were being made rich by the donations people gave to the church.

The third step of Rome’s plan was to infiltrate the Jew’s Church with spies; to  learn what made these Jews such a strong and unbending people.  A people who couldn’t be scattered or defeated, neither did they sway from their belief in their One God of Israel.  What gave them power?  What was really behind the Christian movement of Jesus?  Once these secrets were known by Rome, the fourth phase could begin.

The fourth step would be the utter genocide and destruction of original Jewish/Christian Leaders and any followers who wouldn’t swear allegiance to the new Roman Emperor, now known as the Pope.  The Jews were out in the open now, and corralled into known areas called cathedrals being allowed to freely worship their God, they could be easily identified, marked, and slaughtered by Rome’s legions. The Jews were now vulnerable to attack.  It would be easy for a Roman army to destroy the Jews and their religion!  The plan was executed and operation “genocide” was underway… .

For Jews Only, Part 20: The fifth to the ninth centuries A.D.

The Roman Empire continued its decline during the fifth and sixth centuries.  Its power over the world had been broken.  The Eastern Roman Empire severed its relationship with its Western counterpart.

In the eighth century A.D., the Eastern half of the Roman Empire not only seceded from the union to establish its own private empire, but later spawned the Moors, who were the forerunners and founders of Islam (better known as the Muslims today; in whose holy book, the Koran, it states: Jews and Christians will only be allowed to live if they pay us a tax, otherwise they must be killed).

In the eighth Century A.D., the Roman Empire had become so weak that it was impossible for them to support an army great enough to keep the Eastern half of their empire from seceding.  Shortly afterwards, the newly established Eastern Empire of the Moors felt strong enough to attack Rome in an effort to annex the Western Roman Empire to itself.  Thus dreaming of expanding the Moorish Empire westward by annihilating the Western control over the Roman Empire.

Rome was in real trouble.  Rome was now in danger of becoming extinct, and they owed it all to the thick headed Jews who refused to worship any other God except the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the God Jesus reconciled to the Jews.  The Jews called Christians.

During the eighth century A.D., the Moors launched a massive attack beginning in North Africa.  They conquered all of North Africa, wrenching it from Roman hands, who were too weak to defend their satellite nations.  North Africa was now in the hands of the Moors.  They forded the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and conquered Portugal, Spain and Southern France (for which reason the architecture of these nations remains Middle Eastern.  Spanish architecture is not rooted in Spain, but in Turkey.)  The Moors held their ground, but advanced no further.

Rome had survived once again; but she had been dealt a death blow!  Rome had received a fatal wound to one of her heads.  The western half of the Roman Empire was dead.  Her outposts were smashed.  Her territories ruled by another king.  Her allied nations were free once again.  The Roman Empire ceased to exist; except within the thick high walls surrounding the city of Rome.  The city remained intact.

Rome would be resurrected and come back to life.  The phoenix would rise out of her ashes.  This insignificant city perched high above the Mediterranean Sea upon seven volcanic mountains would rule the world once again.  Her heart had not been cut out, even though her empire lay in the hands of the Moors.

Roman leaders had enough time to come to the conclusion that the real culprits were the stubborn Jews, who were the followers of Jesus.  They had gone underground in the first century A.D., where they continued to survive and grow while undermining the Roman Empire.  Rome needed a new plan to survive.

It would have to discover the power of the Christians, and then re-conquer its empire.  The Christians would be their way back to supremacy.  These Jews known as Christians were Rome’s only hope of survival.  If Rome could infiltrate the Christians and learn how to defeat their power, then they could duplicate their system, and revive their empire.  All Rome would have to do is destroy the original Jewish Church of Jesus.

In the fourth century A.D., Rome had been so weakened by the reduction of taxes, that Roman Officials made a decision to compromise with the Jews.  Making peace with the Christians was an effort to regain the power of taxation by Rome.  A decision was made to stop all persecution levied upon the Jewish Christians.  The Jews compromised and Rome made Christianity their religion.

Once Christianity was the state religion of Rome, they could easily infiltrate, spy, learn, and duplicate it.  This deal seemed like a good solution to the Jewish people’s problem of persecution, but it gave the ruthless Romans a chance to rebuild their finances and armies, while they investigated Christianity under a microscope.  Their efforts paid-off.  They found out what made these relentless Jewish people such a formidable enemy.  In other words: If you can’t beat them, join them! An old saying that came out of this unholy historical event.

For Jews Only, Part 19: The second to the fourth centuries A.D.

The Roman Empire entered the second century A.D. as a much weaker form of government.  Its cash flow had been badly reduced. No money, no army!

This is a law that remains until today.  Look at the recent war with Iraq.  If the U.S. did not get the financial backing from the rest of the world’s nations, it could never have gone to war against Iraq.

Rome’s bank account was in bad shape.  The Roman Empire became so weak by the third century A.D. that Rome was too weak to stop a split from occurring. Rome literally broke into two separate empires early in the fourth century A.D.  Rome literally had two emperors.

One emperor ruled the Western Roman Empire from the city of Rome, Italy, and the other emperor ruled the Eastern Roman Empire in the city of Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey today).  Rome was losing its grip on the world.

The prayers of Jews, who lived before Jesus was born, who prayed for the destruction of Rome, were being answered even though it didn’t happen in their lifetimes.  A prayer that would be answered over the space of many centuries, but nevertheless their prayers were being answered.  Has God forgotten His people Israel?  God forbid!

Jacob shall never be consumed, that is what the Bible promised to His chosen people. What Jews don’t appreciate is the role their God chose for them to play during the first and second acts of the divine play entitled, life on planet earth.  Why despair?  The third act is soon to come.  Remember, the good guy always gets the girl and rides off into the Sunset, in the Jewish Bible!

By the way, the Bible hasn’t failed in its ability to predict the future of mankind and the planet earth.  So, put away your crystal balls, and put your money in the bank instead of greasing the palms of the fortunetellers.  They need your money to survive.  Sorcerers and fortunetellers cannot predict the future.  If you put your hope into horoscopes, your money would have better odds of winning at any racetrack.  In short, Jewish people had better start putting your brains in gear.  The brains God gave you, which is the reason the Gentiles hate you.

Bet on sure things instead of fantasies.  You would not put your trust is some quack when your health is at risk.  You would certainly search out the best medical brains available and leave nothing to chance.  Why not apply the same reasoning when it comes to the future?  The quacks have nothing but broken promises to offer.  Don’t forget the promises you were already promised by the quacks, that didn’t come to pass during your past history.

Then why place your faith in something you have proved doesn’t work?  God has not forgotten His people the Jews! Although Jehovah Witnesses, Presbyterians, and Roman Catholics are teaching people otherwise.

Obviously Jews have had a hard time throughout history; and many have died needlessly.  So what?  It’s their guarantee of being raised from the dead!  It was Judaism who gave Christianity the resurrection of the dead and not Jesus!  In spite of what the Gentile Churches teach, Jews will receive everlasting life for the role they had to play on earth to save the human race.  They will be resurrected from the dead and live again in peace! (Which is what the Apostle Paul wrote, “God made some vessels for honor, and others for dishonor.”)

The resurrection didn’t begin with Jesus, any more than baptism started with John the Baptist.  Jesus became famous for having been the one who proved it was possible to come back from the grave.  He received eternal life as His reward, and that reward is offered to the Gentiles because of their brothers the Jews, even though the Gentiles have stolen their heritage.

For Jews Only, Part 18: The first century A.D. (Part B)

The Jewish Messiah had finally come.  This was good news.  It spread throughout the Jewish communities of the world.  In the same way the news about Israel’s exodus from Egypt and the Red Sea parting spread to all nations.

The belief of Jesus’ teachings covered Israel and spread to Jews everywhere in the Roman Empire.  Jesus was reinstated as their Messiah, but the price for rejecting Him would have to be paid.  Israel would be destroyed because they doubted.  The Jewish people had their Messiah and He could never die.

Now Jesus would assume the role of the Warrior King, and come to defeat the enemies of Israel.  A Spirit, who could not die in battle, would now fight for God’s people.  Yet, the Jews would still have to suffer.  They would now trade places with the man Jesus.  As they sowed, they would now receive.

First, they would have to die to expose the enemies of God’s chosen people.  Then God would send the Messiah to avenge the death of His beloved people; but this would not comfort those suffering, who did not believe in the teachings of Jesus, or stop the suffering of Israel.  It would only comfort the ones who believed the truth, and guarantee Israel an eternity of life without pain.  For all Jews who have suffered for God would receive another life without pain or suffering for eternity.

This is God’s incredible plan to evict all evil people, who hate Israel, from the human race.  Jews will be resurrected from the dead unto a new life in another body, which is their original body that would never grow old or die.  This was the reason Israel accepted Jesus as their Messiah after His death on the cross. This was the reason the Jews brought the Roman Empire down.

Rome’s first mistake was killing Jesus!  Rome’s last mistake was fatal, which was their triumphant march on the Nation of Israel to destroy it!  The Roman Empire was so powerful no one could stand up to them and survive.  This power had to be neutralized.

Jesus appeared on the scene at the height of Rome’s power.  His teachings were directly responsible for the weakening of Rome’s power.  The followers of Jesus had no way of knowing the result of their being obedient to the teachings of Jesus, which are the commandments of God; which would bring Rome to its knees and cause its collapse.  Hence, God’s Messiah is avenging the murder of His chosen people.

The early Christians, who were Jews following the teachings of Jesus, could never have predicted their behavior would ultimately lead to the destruction of their ruling enemies in Rome!  And collapse it did!

Rome ruled its empire well into the eighth century A.D., but never in the power it once wheeled back in the days of Jesus.  Since Jesus walked upon the face of the earth, Rome had experienced a backsliding that it has never fully recovered from until this day.

For Jews Only, Part 17: The first century A.D. (Part A)

God had always promised the Jews a Messiah who would avenge them and deliver them from their enemies.  They accepted Jesus as the Christ, because he fulfilled all the signs written in their Holy Scriptures; signs they had been hearing in Synagogue all their lives.

Jesus had done all the things required of the Messiah.  All the signs were there, but they erred because they didn’t understand the Scriptures: much like the Christians are doing today concerning their ignorance of Elijah and the second Coming of Jesus!

The Jews expected Jesus to lead them in an armed revolt against the Romans.  They expected Him to use that wonderful power God gave Him to destroy their enemies.  They had a right to believe it, because the Old Testament also testified to those things.  Their error was, the conquering Christ was reserved for a later date, and would not happen during the lifetime of Jesus.

The Jews believed it was impossible for the Messiah to die or be killed, but again their information crossed the boundaries of two different times.  Boundaries that would separate one set of events scheduled to happen during the physical life of the Messiah Jesus, and another set of events that would only occur after the physical death of the Messiah Jesus.

One Messiah to deliver the Jewish people from their conqueror and another Messiah to die for their sins.  They had it right, but they erred in the order of which event would first occur.  Naturally, they chose being freed from their conquerors first.  Yet, God sent the Messiah to die for their sins first!

The Jewish prophet Daniel testified that the Messiah must die before the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem!  Yearning for rescue, Israel swapped the two segments of the Messiah’s work, because they wanted freedom during the life of Jesus.  So, they became disillusioned when the Romans arrested and killed their Messiah.  They expected Jesus to surprise the Romans.  They waited for the moment when Jesus would suddenly turn into Rambo and use laser beams and lightning to destroy the Romans.

Slowly they became disappointed.  Slowly they began to doubt and become disillusioned.  Then the jeers and spitting began.  Their hearts broken and their hopes dashed, they believed they had been swindled.  They turned their backs on Jesus and left him hanging on the cross to die.  Their Messiah had physically died and let them down!

He had refused to accept the role of warrior and king, but the second act was about to be unveiled.  The curtain was ripped opened after Jesus’ death on the cross; and the power of God was unleashed!  Jesus had beat satan by dying, and He returned from the grave, cheating death.

They saw him die.  They handled his dead body.  They buried him in a tomb.  They knew he was dead, but suddenly there He was___alive! The news spread like fire.  The Jews who doubted remembered what he had taught them about the resurrection of the dead; now they understood; now they believed.  The last sign of the Messiah was fulfilled.

Jesus was resurrected from the dead; and he wasn’t the only one!  All of Israel saw thousands of loved ones return from the grave to visit them.  This was one event the Jews could not ignore or doubt.  Dead family members came back from the dead.  They were right in their house sitting and eating with the family.

For Jews Only, Part 16: The first one thousand year Reich (Kingdom) – the Ancient Roman Empire

The first century had lapsed into the history books, and Rome’s problems had not ceased. The Judaism Jesus had given to Israel continued to flourish underground.  The Jews and the Gentiles willing to convert and become Jews by worshiping the God of Israel, who is God the Father, worshiped and increased in numbers in the Catacombs.

Rome’s problems stemmed from these early followers of Jesus, who not only believed what Jesus taught them about the commandments of God, as recorded in the Old Testament of the Jews; but they put those teachings into practice.  History and the Bible agree again, about all these issues.

The purified Jews and the converted Gentiles, purified by the teachings of Jesus, had all things in common.  No one sought the Roman ideals of personal property and privately owned things.  The Jews shared all their belongings with others.  Therefore, buying and selling was reduced to a bare minimum, which increases and decreases with each person’s need or desire to have personal belongings.

It was the Christian teaching found in Acts Chapter 2, that reduced sales, which automatically brought about the reduction of tax revenues collected; and taxes are still the only way any government gets funds with which to build the armies and keep the friends of politicians rich.  They use their armies to keep the ordinary citizens under control.

It really is quite a paradox.  The more you buy or sell, the more taxes you contribute to the government. The more tax money the government has to use, the greater their power over the people, who are responsible for giving their money to the government.  Money needed to control the people.

This is the principle that suffered during the true inception of original Christianity.  Jewish people, and converted Gentiles who became Jews, shared their minimum belongings with one another.  An idea still allowable by law, even today, is not working for pay.

You only break the law if you do not pay taxes when you buy or sell, or when you work for a salary.  The government has even passed a law that enables them to tax Bartering, which is trading something other than money for work received by someone.  If you give, borrow, use, or lend your goods or services to others, no tax can be levied against you; and you have not broken the law.  Therefore taxes are reduced and the government’s power is neutralized.

In fact, if Americans really wanted to stop the Vietnam or Iraqi wars, all they had to do is go on strike!  No work!  No pay!  No taxes!  It is the same means Pope John Paul used to cause the collapse of Communist Russia.  He began the Solidarity movement in Poland, while he was a bishop in 1979.  He unified all workers into one strike force.  Two years later, he became the Pope and turned the Solidarity movement over to a man named Walesa.

It took ten years of suffering and striking, but the people halted the Russian government.  No work!  No pay!  No taxes! No money, and a government has no money to pay an Army to use against the people!  The incredible had taken place.

Just like the collapse of Russia, the Roman Empire collapsed under the weight of Christianity.  No rebellion, no shots fired!  No strategy formed by the Jews, neither was a plan hatched to overthrow the Roman Empire.  Jesus taught His followers a new way to live and work.  The rest is History!

Jews, prior to the birth of Jesus, had been simply offering their prayers to the God of Israel.  They prayed to God, to overthrow their enemies; which is the favorite pastime of the Jews.  The Romans were their enemies.

The Romans had wrenched the power of self-rule away from Israel long before Jesus was born. The Romans had watered down Judaism by bribery and politics, which is the Jews religious worship of their God. The Romans set up a taxation system, which is no different than today’s system based upon buying and selling.

The Jews prayed to their God to intervene, but like most people, they wanted instant results.  Results they could see and taste in their lifetimes.  They weren’t really interested in a prayer being answered hundreds of years later, especially after they had died and the problem no longer existed.  Isn’t that the same climate in the world today?  Our prayers are based upon: Do it now God!!!

Yet the chosen people, the Jews, knew their prayers were being answered in the person of the man named Jesus.  The book of Acts, in the New Testament, verifies that the Jews accepted Jesus as their Messiah.  They knew God had sent them a man anointed to do a special work for Israel, to deliver them from the oppression of Rome.  It wasn’t a spiritual trip like today’s false Christianity, but a very practical solution to a very practical problem.
